Felled Tree and Crop Field, The Hobbins, Shropshire
This was a large very mature tree! A makeshift footbridge allows access into the field here, and from the state of the crops close by, I wonder whether the tree was dying anyway, and tumbled down into the field. The dip at the other side of the field hides one of three artificial pools.
