Management House, Upper St John Street
A mid-to-late 18th century town house, most recently used as offices. It was Grade II listed https://britishlistedbuildings.co.uk/101291703-management-house-lichfield#.YqrZcXbMKUk & https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1291703 in 1952; the listing also includes a second building immediately to the left, the view of which was rather hidden by the white car.

Derelict Grade II listed Davidson House, Lichfield
The Davidson Road side of the building on the corner of Upper St John Street. In February 2018, the ground floor windows are boarded over. Some first floor window panes are broken.
The building was erected as a house c1810. Thomas Johnson, a noted Lichfield architect, lived and worked here from before 1834 until his death in 1853. He was succeeded by his son, also Thomas, who died in 1865. From 1938 to 1963 the building housed the South Staffordshire Regimental Museum, named after Brigadier General C.S.Davidson.

Davidson House, Upper St John Street
Built around 1810 as a fine house, probably for a local architect and his family. It served during the middle years of the 20th century as the museum for the South Staffs Regiment, and takes its name from one of the commanders of that force Brigadier General C.S.Davidson. The whole place now looks rather sorry for itself, and has clearly deteriorated since Image was taken 4 years ago. Edwardian pillarbox, Upper St John Street, Lichfield
Located here. https://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/5695319 The ornate royal monogram on the box dates it to the reign of King Edward VII. Except for the uncrowned Edward VIII, Edward VII's reign was the shortest of the pillarbox era. He reigned from the death of Queen Victoria aged 81 on January 22nd 1901 until his death on May 6th 1910, aged 68.
