Primsland Retail Park, Mulberry Tree Hill, Droitwich Spa
This small retail park serves the large housing estates in the Primsland area of the town. It is accessed from Mulberry Tree Hill, just off Primsland Way and opposite to the Spring Meadow public house and carvery.
There are currently four businesses operating in the retail park. These are the Inn Place Fish Bar (fish & chip shop), Licks n Purrs (pet grooming services), Tesco Express (convenience store) and the Hairstyle Company (hairdressers).

Presumably named after land on which the pub and adjacent housing estates were developed on. This is a fairly new sign. Up to March 2010, at least, the previous sign had the name but no picture.

Modern estate public house and carvery. At this end of the building is the entrance to the public bar, which has a pool table and darts, plus large screen television. The entrance to the lounge and carvery is at the other end of the building.
