This small retail park serves the large housing estates in the Primsland area of the town. It is accessed from Mulberry Tree Hill, just off Primsland Way and opposite to the Spring Meadow public house and carvery. There are currently four businesses operating in the retail park. These are the Inn Place Fish Bar (fish & chip shop), Licks n Purrs (pet grooming services), Tesco Express (convenience store) and the Hairstyle Company (hairdressers).
