Shaftsbury Green, Harley Warren
The spelling on the sign matches the spelling in the title but the aerial view has Shaftesbury Green with an 'e' in Shaftesbury. This is in one of the 'Warndon Villages' that were built on green fields at the edge of Worcester.

A roundabout on Hoskyn's avenue, Harley Warren
Roundabouts within the individual 'villages' of Warndon Villages are quite unusual although there are plenty on the main roads between the 'villages'. This does seem rather excessive in this relatively quiet corner.

Hoskyn's Avenue, Harley Warren
This is one part of the Warndon Villages complex which took me into a part I had not been to before. Note that the street sign actually carries an apostrophe although the aerial photograph map does not. It was a very dull afternoon.

Banana trees in Worcester
These sure look like banana trees in a front garden on Nightingale avenue, Harley-Warren. A few weeks later they had been pruned for the winter.

Fels Avenue, Harley-Warren
Part of the Warndon Villages complex. This particular road has a junction at each end although many roads in the 'Villages' are effectively blind cul-de-sacs.
