West Mercia Police Information
West Mercia is the fourth largest geographic police area in England and Wales. The force area is divided into five territorial policing areas, which match the boundaries of our local authorities.
While West Mercia is predominantly rural, it also contains some densely populated urban areas and many market towns. To ensure we strike the right balance between addressing national and local policing priorities, the force focuses its activities on three priority areas:

The Warndon Police Post is located on Cranham Parade, Cranham Drive, Worcester. This office is not staffed 24 hours a day.

Neighbourhood Officer Details
After previous careers in both the Military and Prison Service, Inspector Troth joined West Mercia as a police officer in 2001. During the past 17 years he has carried out a wide range of roles throughout CID, Custody, Patrol and Change Management. After recently moving from the role of Patrol Inspector he is currently the Inspector for the Worcester City Safer Neighbourhood Teams.
Sergeant 3091 Jones has been a serving Police officer since 1992. In this time has carried out a wide range of roles covering Local Policing, General Patrol and a variety of roles within CID. Sergeant Jones has previous service with West Midlands Police and was stationed at Digbeth in Birmingham. Sergeant Jones is currently the supervisor for both the Worcester City Centre Safer Neighbourhood team and the Cathedral Safer Neighbourhood Team.
I became a Police Officer with West Mercia in 2007 and was posted to Evesham for the start of my career.
In 2013 I joined Worcester patrol based at Castle Street and continued to work there until becoming one of the Warndon SNT officers in January 2016.
David joined West Mercia in 2008 and worked in Rubery for five years. Moving to Warndon in September 2013, David enjoys working with the communities as a local Police Community Support Officer.
Mark joined West Mercia Police in 2008. Since joining, Mark has covered Warndon and Warndon Villages. In 2010, he was presented with a Superintendents Commendation for his professionalism and courage in the face of violence. In 2011, Mark was again presented with a Superintendents Commendation for his professionalism and commitment and was also nominated for local policing team of the year.
I joined West Mercia in 2008 as an Admin Clerk working from the Police Station on Castle Street. In 2011 I became a Police Community Support Officer covering the area of Nunnery. In September 2013 I joined the Warndon Safer Neighbourhood Team that covers the areas of Warndon and Warndon Villages.
