"At Whiteacres Medical Centre in Malvern the doctors and nurses take pride in offering the highest standard of patient-centred healthcare." I should hope so too. Are there any medical centres aspiring to a lower standard of care? This is what Basil Fawlty would call a "statement of the bleeding obvious".
A note to the doctors and nurses - please do not consider this a criticism of yourselves, just a rant against needless hyperbole.
