Late C18th. The ground floor has perhaps been altered and the fine doorcase (Image]) may have been brought from elsewhere as it looks earlier than the rest of the house. Grade II listed.

Threshers, 59-60 The Tything
This part of The Tything is the slightly more down-at-heel continuation of Foregate Street. The Threshers store closed in late 2009, following the administration of its owners, First Quench Retailing Limited. The building dates from the 1890's.
