With everything below 1000 feet hidden by cloud and fog all that it visible to the north-west is the Clee Hills in Shropshire.

Upper Colwall
Close to the ridge of the Malvern Hills on the Herefordshire side. Jubilee Drive forks off to the left to follow a relatively level road along the hillside whilst the main road zig-zags down the steep slope into Colwall Village.

View to the Black Mountains
The Black Mountains viewed from the Malvern Hills on a beautiful foggy September morning when everything below 1000 feet is shrouded in fog. Standing on the Malvern Hills all I could see were the Black Mountains and Black Mixen to the west in Wales, Clee Hill to the north-west, to the south just the clump of trees on May Hill and to the east everything was hidden by the fog.
