Covent Garden Market
The main, covered, part of the former fruit, vegetable and flower market, is to the right of picture. There are courtyard areas on the east and west sides of the market; the Christmas tree stands in the western courtyard.

8-10 Russell Street
No. 8 on the left is dated 1759-60. A plaque records that Dr. Boswell first met Samuel Johnson here in 1763. Grade II listed.
Occupied by a cafe, Balthazar. Its later neighbours (no. 9 might be a modern rebuild) were a bar, Belushi's, and Starbucks.
