Frodsham Railway Station
Frodsham railway station is on the North Cheshire line and has regular trains to Manchester and Llandudno. The station building on the left is not used nowadays, but is a Grade II listed building.

Frodsham station with Holyhead - Manchester express
View SW, towards Chester: ex-LNW & GW Joint Chester - Warrington (-Manchester) main line. Headed by Stanier 5MT 4-6-0 No. 45132 (built 1935, withdrawn 3/67), the 16.20 from Holyhead via Chester will run to Warrington Bank Quay, then turn off at Winwick Junction to join the original Liverpool & Manchester Railway at Earlestown Junction and proceed to Manchester Exchange (due 20.47). Note Helsby Hill (462 ft.), with its steep north slope in the distance. (See also Image]).
