Ramada Encore Warrington - early stages of construction
Construction of the Ramada Encore Warrington began about May or June in 2008. This shot shows the hotel in the early stages of construction in June 2008. It opened for business in January 2009 and is situated close to the Connections sculpture on Birchwood Way.
