Junction on A49
This is the junction on the A49 with Longford Street and Kerfoot Street. On three of the corners we have McDonald's, Matalan and Caledonia Motors. The Manchester-Liverpool (Cheshire Lines) avoiding line used to cross Winwick Road here on a skew bridge next to the Jockey Inn (where McDonald's is). Jockey Street is still there just north of the junction, and Kerfoot Street is named after a landlord of the Inn. (additional info provided by Steve Parish)

Attic Studios
This is a little industrial estate off Longford Street (A574), Warrington. The band I'm in rehearses at The Attic Studios (above the double steel doors). Also on the same site is another studio complex called Tuff Gong. Most of the other units are motor related... and there's a pizza delivery place there too.
