Multiple apartments under construction in the town centre. When complete, it is unlikely they will provide much, if any, 'affordable housing' comparable to the adjacent Council properties. New accommodation in Altrincham tends to the 'luxury' end of the market, and the area is known to have some of the most expensive housing in the country.
