The "Black Hand" was a movement of Serbian freedom fighters who, in 1914, became implicated in the assassination of Franz Ferdinand, precipitating WW1. Their symbol was as in this photo. Here, however, it is a sign that a foreman on the Altrincham Interchange construction site wanted to prevent photographing of the work currently going on there. Hence, the image is a little indistinct. (Contrast the attitude of the foreman at the nearby Altrincham Hospital site, where he was keen to advise when and where the best shots might be taken.)

The Bus Station at Altrincham Interchange
Altrincham Interchange is a transport hub which consists of a bus station on Stamford Road, a Northern Rail-operated heavy rail station on the Mid-Cheshire Line, and a light rail stop which forms the terminus of Metrolink's Altrincham Line. The original station was opened as Altrincham and Bowdon railway station in April 1881, changing to Altrincham railway station in May 1974. The Metrolink element opened in June 1992.
Here, Network Warrington's Volvo/DAF, DK55 OMO, stands at the bus station which was extensively redeveloped on 2013/4.
