Wind funnel makes waves on Paddington Arm
If there is a wind from the West it funnels between blocks of flats both sides of the Paddington Arm of the Grand Union Canal. Even if the rest of the canal is calm there are waves on this section, and a noticeable wind under the Harrow Road bridge.

Bridge 3 Paddington Arm - Harrow Road
There is access by well-surfaced ramps and paths both sides of Harrow Road from the towpath, which is surfaced with paving slabs. The towpath is very narrow under the bridge; the white lines across the towpath are a warning to cyclists to slow down and give way to pedestrians.
