"Anonymous" (Victorian) postbox, Hamilton Terrace, NW8
The high posting aperture dates this postbox to 1879-83. I am grateful to Richard Ellis for the info that this box is unusual in having a raised ring on the cap - the nearby Image (for example) does not. The location of this postbox is shown in Image and Image
