Junction of Hall Road and Edgware Road
Looking from Lords Telephone Exchange in a heavy snow storm. One of my Subscribers Apparatus colleagues has been brave enough to get his Viva van on the road (in front of the removals van in the centre) and is off to fix someone's phone.

Telephone Box outside Flats in Hall Road, NW8
This photo shows a tall K6 telephone box outside the entrance to the block of flats in Hall Road, St John's Wood. These flats now occupy the building where Lords Telephone Exchange was located. The current TE is now situated behind the flats, http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3352105 refers.

Inside a Telephone Box outside the Flats in Hall Road. NW8
This photo shows the inside of the telephone box outside the flats in Hall Road, St John's Wood. The A-B coin box and the telephone on the left were introduced in the mid-1920s, but had been phased out during the 1970s after Subscriber Trunk Dialling (STD) had been introduced throughout the United Kingdom with the grey pay-on-answer payphones in its telephone boxes.
