Buildings on Cromwell Road, SW5
The red brick building is Moscow Mansions, dated with an ambiguous monogram which is probably 1889 rather than 1898. On the left is the Mosaic Rooms.

Moscow Mansions
The architect of the central building was Everard White, and the mansions were built in 1898-190. On the A4 Cromwell Road, and flanked by slightly older buildings: Tower House (left, 1872) and Huntingdon House (right, 1882-8). This is immediately east of the crossing with Earl's Court Road. They form part of the Edwards Estate.
