The Viaduct
A classic Fuller's public house with its glazed tile exterior. This pub is located at the western end of Hanwell on the A4020 Uxbridge Road, opposite the junction with Lower Boston Road.

Hanwell viaduct: view southwards from a London-bound train
As the train flashes over the Brent valley the landscape opens up briefly, with large vistas north and south.
The wires are for Heathrow trains, the majority of the routes out of Paddington still being diesel-operated.
