Thames Reach
One of the three brick housing blocks immediately north of Image (and from which their design takes its cue http://rsh-p.com/work/all_projects/thames_reach_housing ), seen from Rainville Road. The building won RIBA and Civic Trust awards in 1989.

Thames Reach
A view of the blocks to the north of Image The architects were the Richard Rogers Partnership, whose offices are immediately to the south in Image "The use of brick, unusual in the practice’s mature work, reflects the attention paid to the context. By breaking the scheme into three blocks, views are provided through from the street to the river, where there is a generous public promenade" http://rsh-p.com/work/buildings/thames_reach_housing . This seems to be untrue, as the Thames Path runs along Rainville Road at the rear of the properties, and I was unable to view the river in between the blocks.

Hammersmith : Thames Wharf Studios
Thames Wharf Studios, in Hammersmith, London, was originally an industrial site containing the Duckham's oil facility overlooking the River Thames in Hammersmith. It was acquired by the Richard Rogers Partnership in 1983, which converted the industrial complex of redundant 20th century warehouses into offices, workshops, housing and a restaurant.
