Premier Inn, W6
This building was Vencourt House, it used to belong to the local council and was the office that collected the then 'poll-tax', but now it's a hotel.
All they've done is paint a bit of mauve/purple here and there, and that's the result. In King Street, W6.

Polish Centre, King Street, W6
There has been a Polish community in the Hammersmith/Acton area for many years, long before Poland's entry to the EU or even the fall of the Iron Curtain. Many of the original settlers would have been Allied servicemen during World War 2. This is their cultural centre.
