Orange Way after Wiltshire (603)
This is another picture taken from the lock gates and looking up the channel to the yacht basin. In the foreground is a cormorant who is for the time being trapped as there isn't a sufficient length of "runway" for it to take off. The next morning I heard it had made its escape - perhaps when the water rose with the tide.

Ibis & University Boathouses, Chiswick
The Ibis Boathouse (left hand side) is home to the Mortlake, Anglian & Alpha Rowing Club whilst the University Boathouse (right hand side) is the home of Quintin Boat Club. The university in question is the University of Westminster
