View of the Thames from Kew Bridge
Sorry about the poor quality of this image - it was taken on board an eastbound District line and as you can see the windows were rather dirty! This is a view of the Thames looking north-northwest from Kew Bridge, between Kew Gardens and Gunnersbury stations on the District line. The tower blocks in the distance are around Kew Bridge Road on the North Bank of the river.

Charging cars - Strand on the Green
This is still a fairly unusual sight on a British street but it will no doubt become more common over the next few years. In this view two of the charging devices are in use but it looks as though it would be quite a tight squeeze to get a car to the middle one.
