Chiswick High Road looking towards Brentford
At the next set of lights for Kew Bridge (to the left) there is a sign telling you you have entered Middlesex. There are actually two different signs on this road, one saying North Circular Road and the other South. No one appears to know but the clue is this is still north of the river.

Shops on Chiswick High Road
This is the western end of the High Road where it becomes the A205, but because it is still north of the Thames it is part of the North Circular Road as confirmed by the sign next to Kew Bridge Station.

Stile Hall Parade
In many ways this is a typical row of London shops - in this case at the western end of Chiswick High Road near Kew Bridge. The convenience store bears the description 'food and wine' - very common in London but less so elsewhere.
