The English Heritage listing describes it: "Circa 1876. By E W Godwin, adapted by W Wilson. Yellow and red brick, partly tile hung, tiled roof. Three storeys, with the upper storey in the roof. Single storey bay to ground floor, 2 sash windows above, 2 more in gable. Three storey tile hung gabled bay on side elevation. Altered entrance. Lower, flat roofed rear wing with coved cornice."
