For many years this view of the house was almost completely obscured by trees and overgrown shrubs. For a while it appeared that renovation work was being undertaken. Unfortunately, the house was demolished in December 2010.

Acton goods yard sidings
The nearer set of lines are just alongside the main railway line from Paddington to the west. The railway wagons beyond are on sidings used for delivering stone to depots in the yard. Photo taken from local train going from Paddington to Greenford.
