Acton Town underground station
One of Charles Holden's classic 1930s designs characteristic of the Piccadilly line extensions of this period (influenced by Swedish styles of the time, brown brick predominates, contrasting with the white stonework of his work on the Northern Line south of the Thames in the 1920s).
