Watt Court
Part of the Factory Quarter development of residential development on the former C.A.V. electrical components factory. The various courts are named after prominent electrical pioneers, including Watt, Ampere, Edison, Tesla and Thompson. Charles Anthony Vandervell, founder of C.A.V. is also featured.

Former Du Cros motor car factory
A significant local manufacturer in the period immediately after WW1, it was later absorbed by the Sunbeam-Talbot-Darracq company, itself becoming part of the Rootes Group just before WW2. The factory now houses a variety of small business.
Built in London yellow brick with brick and terracotta detailing.
