"Three Ounces" burgers and shakes is on the corner of Norbroke Street, Savoy dry cleaners next to it. Further towards Savoy Circus are a betting shop William Hill and offices of a chartered accountant Wem & Co.

The pub the Morton Arms has been renamed to honour local sporting hero Geoff Morton born 1922. As a goalkeeper he played in wartime for Chelsea, as a cricketer he played for Middlesex.

Shops - Old Oak Estate
These two shop units are in the 'V' between Erconwald Street and Du Cain Road at the south western corner of the Old Oak Estate. The architecture reflects the estate's 'garden city' style. The unit on the right is occupied by an estate agency; to the left is a convenience store.
