This view looks up Winchester Street to the T junction with the High Street.

Acton Library
On the corner of High Street and Winchester Street. Built between 1898 and 1900 to the design of Maurice Adams, more than half the cost was met by a grant of £4000 from the library philanthropist J Passmore Edwards, whose name appears prominently on the frontage http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/2767355. Listed Grade II.
