Front garden cabbage trees, West Acton
These cabbage trees are native to New Zealand. Looking like palms, they give a tropical appearance to temperate areas.

Saxon Drive, West Acton
Many of the houses in this area were built by the Great Western Railway for their workers. The road markings are on a speed hump for traffic calming - there is a 20mph speed limit in this residential area.
