Junction Mews, Paddington
Mews housing, squeezed behind the main streets, is characteristic of the Paddington area. The houses are considered highly desirable - quiet and secluded but close to the action. Junction Mews is entered through an archway off Sale Place and runs between Star Street and Sussex Gardens.

Paddington Telephone Exchange
Located at 75-77 St Michaels Street W2 1QS, this TE used to have AMBassador and PADdington numbers until the late 1960s. It now has 0207-258, 262, 402, 706, 723, 724 and some other numbers. The words "TELEPHONE EXCHANGE" can be seen above the doors in the middle of the photo.
