The Radnor Arms
This closed pub was part of the Everards chain - though the building was owned by Prudential. It was closed in March 2007 and was recorded by fellow Geographer R.Sones in November of that year - see Image Little has changed in the period since - though the upper windows have been boarded up, the chalk on the sign continues to proclaim that the Radnor Arms is 'Still a Real Pub. The building looks to be in sound condition. Sadly, it is not likely to reopen as the whole site, including the government building behind (Charles House), is earmarked for redevelopment.
