The 24 workstation studio of Timothy Hatton, who designed the transformation of the formerfoundry. The brick wall on the left beyond the desks is part of the original building. To be able to keep it, the roof is a lightweight structure. Photo during open day.

The Hammersmith and Fulham Historic Building Group plaque of 2021 reads: The George Broad Foundry This building was originally constructed in 1891 as a sculpture foundry for the foundry-master George Broad and was in use by his company until 1898 The Piccadilly Circus Statue of Eros was created here"

The Foundry, Adelaide Grove, studio in Open House Festival
This is the design studio of architect Timothy Hatton and was designed by him. Part of the building of the former sculpture foundry including the prominent chimney has been retained, a modern studio with 24 work stations and a lightweight saw-tooth roof has been added.
