Kensington Memorial Park, Dog Exercise Area
A fenced off area on the east side of Kensington Memorial Park, it seems that dog owners are supposed to keep their pets on a lead in the rest of the park and only allow them to run around in this area. Local dog owners seem to ignore these rules.
