The Centre, Merrick Road
Built in the 1920s by the Maypole Dairy Co as a community hall for employees of its margarine factory. It later came into the ownership of Ealing Borough, but was sold into private ownership in 2009, when it was in a poor state of repair. It has been refurbished, and the banners indicate 'Opening Soon' as The Centre.
