Deloitte's Almshouses, Jubilee 1897
Endowed by William Deloitte to commemorate Queen Victoria's Jubilee. I presume this was William Welch Deloitte, 1818 - 1898, the founder of the international accountancy firm which still bears his name.
The almshouses are still in use as sheltered accommodation.
