The Premier Inn on Lower Mortlake Road
I don't know when it was finished but it wasn't there the last time I passed a few years ago as I normally cross the road on the main roads either side and miss this part.

December skyline, Manor Road, Richmond
Not the old town centre by the river, but rather the former industrial area, in the angle between two railway lines which approach from the east. Shot taken from the bus terminal adjacent to Sainsbury's car park, Manor Road.
Skies are seldom as luminous at other times of year as they are in cloudless conditions in mid-winter. Shortly before taking this shot I'd been pushing a trolley round Sainsbury's, but couldn't help stopping to look at the evening sky, visible through huge west-facing windows.
