Former Fire Station, Brentford
Grade II listed, and built at the end of the 19th century of red bricks with terracotta dressing. The plaque between the arches bear the coat of arms of Brentford below "Fire Station". The downstairs is now a bar whilst upstairs there is a Persian restaurant.

The old fire station on Brentford High Street has been turned into a bar & restaurant, called The Old Fire Station. I can't tell you anything about the quality of their food & drink, but they have a nice website http://www.the-firestation.co.uk/

The Waterman's Arms, Brentford
The Waterman's Arms on Ferry Lane has existed since 1751 but was extensively rebuilt in Edwardian times. It gets a mention in a poem by Alfred Pearce 'The fifty pubs of Brentford', written in 1948.
