Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints
Mormon church at 41 Kingston Road. This church is on an unusually large number of business style websites like Yell & Yelp etc. all of which give you no information at all apart from a map and the address. All I could find apart from all that is that the Fulham Brass Band rehearsed here in 2012, so that will have to do.

Staines Station footbridge
This was taken from the station footbridge on a rather miserable Saturday in November 1976. The London Country Routemaster is waiting to set off on the long 441 route to High Wycombe; the buildings it stands outside have since been replaced.

Back in "Network South East" days, a pair of then-new class 455 units leaves Staines on the 17.44 Waterloo to Windsor (a branch line from here). A 20mph restriction is indicated on the main line to Reading.

The line divides towards the background of this shot - the train shown is coming in from Reading, whilst the other branch of the line comes in from Windsor and Eton Riverside.

Railway junction west of Staines station
From the public footbridge across the station. Historic mapping shows this was once a triangular junction, with a further link between the Reading (left) and Windsor (right) branches.
