Lights beyond runway, Heathrow Airport
The lights are between Hatton Road and the Great South-West Road near Hatton Cross. They are on the line of the south runway of Heathrow, and to the east of the end. Photo looking south. Planes were landing from the west when the photo was taken, so the lights were not in use.

Through the trees
They do feel a little bit close when they pass straight overhead just above the trees! The aeroplane is DELTA Boeing 767-300 registered as N182DN on flight DL30 from Dallas/Fort Worth (DFW) to London Heathrow (LHR).

Runway approach lights for Heathrow
Seen from Hatton Road, these are some of the runway approach lights for Heathrow. On this day with the easterly wind, planes were taking off in this direction but they are more commonly landing over these to the southern runway - see http://www.geograph.org.uk/photo/3338755

Hatton Cross Bus and Underground Station
This is a major interchange from the tube to buses all around the Heathrow Airport area. While Terminal 5 is being built it is also the interchange for buses to Terminal 4.
