Twickenham Rowing Club - regatta, 1978.
Twickenham Rowing Club on Eel Pie Island, seen from across the river during the club regatta in May 1978. On the ground floor was the boathouse, with the bar on the first floor. To the right is the Skiff Club boathouse and behind it the tank, where you could practice without having to actually go on the smelly old Thames. I confess to having spent much more time in the bar than on the river...
