Roundabout on Marsh House Avenue
This photograph shows a view of the roundabout at the intersection of Longfellow Road and Low Grange Avenue with Marsh House Avenue. The Owington Farm hostelry is visible on the opposite side of the roundabout. The picture was taken from Low Grange Avenue looking in a west-north-westerly direction towards the A19(T)/A689 road interchange.

Roundabout with plough and furrows
An unusual piece of artwork or at least decoration at a roundabout among housing estates in the north of Billingham. An old plough is placed beyond artificial furrows. Sadly the furrows have begun to lose their integrity - whatever coating has been applied is breaking away from the drainage pipes which have been used to simulate them.

Old Boundary Marker beside the old Stockton to Hartlepool road
Municipal Boundary Marker beside a cut off section of the old Stockton to Hartlepool road between the A689 and A1185. Without an inscription or attachment it's impossible to determine its function but this might have been erected by Billingham Urban District after its establishment in 1923, or after a boundary change in 1937. Now on the border of Billingham parish in Stockton district and Newton Bewley parish in Hartlepool district.
