I assume B stands for Bodmin. The site of the demolished building is on the corner of Moorland Road, the former A30, and the lane past Toldish Farm.

Carved stone post by the UC road (was A30), in parish of ST ENODER (RESTORMEL District), Moorland Road, East end of Indian Queens, in front of garage wall, on North side of road. Bodmin B Gravestone, erected by the Bodmin turnpike trust in the 18th century.

Congestion on the A30 at Indian Queens
Indian Queens was always a black spot for congestion before the new A30 dual carriageway was built but even a minor accident still causes a big traffic build up on an August Friday afternoon.
