Shoring up the River Mouth
This bit of coastal engineering seems to be to stabilise the mouth of the river as it runs onto Portreath beach.

Making a Virtue of Necessity
Some places hide their public toilets away in obscure corners. Not so Portreath, where the toilets are right beside the main road, colourfully painted, convenient and easy to find. Well done Portreath!
