Seen across the A3022. On the right above the advertising hoardings is a pair of semis which front the other way onto Primley Park. Some of the New Zealand cabbage trees seem to be flowering in October rather than early summer. Another sign of global warming?

Street sign
This sign was erected as part of a failed attempt to regenerate Winner Street as a shopping area. Winner Street was the principal medieval thoroughfare in Paignton, named after the bishops' vineyard.

Number 4 Winner Street is a shop with accommodation over and may have been part of Belgrave House when built circa 1850. The shopfront is late 19th or early 20th century.
