Number 4 Winner Street is a shop with accommodation over and may have been part of Belgrave House when built circa 1850. The shopfront is late 19th or early 20th century. Listed for group value, grade II, with details at: https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1195217 Winner Street was the principal medieval thoroughfare in Paignton, named after the bishops' vineyard.
