Redcliffe Court apartments were built in the early 1990s and the style has been influenced by the adjacent Redcliffe Hotel.

Paignton buildings [32]
Seen from the courtyard, this remarkable building, the Redcliffe Hotel, was built by an retired Indian engineer in the Gothik style with an Indian influence. Built in 1865 utilising an earlier core, the house was converted into a hotel in 1903. There have been many alterations in the 20th century including a large extension in 1986. Paignton - Redcliffe Hotel
Redcliffe was the home of Col.Robert Smith who arrived in Torbay during the early 1860's with a vision for "Redcliffe". This was completed in 1864 and today is the Redcliffe Hotel. This unique building has a tunnel to the beach.
