New building at Livermead
The site is named Oversands, the road is Livermead Hill. Three luxury apartments have already been sold (with the asking price of the premier flat approaching half a million pounds) and steels are going in place for a further expansion of the site. Although facing over a busy main road, the flats have an extensive view across Torbay.
